I am currently unable to ship jewellery to Europe mostly for Covid-19 reasons, as well as Brexit. I’m truly sorry about this, I didn’t vote for Brexit; and none of us wanted Covid-19

Returns - I am a small business and customer satisfaction is important to me, so please get in touch with any issues you may have, I am sure I can resolve them as swiftly as possible. Weekdays, Monday - Friday

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss options. Any item that has been agreed for a refund must be returned in perfect and unworn condition.

Commissions cannot be cancelled once the item has been made, and cannot be refunded unless it is faulty.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Materials and Care - Imperfections and textures are very much part of my work, and reflect my interest in the surface effects of deterioration in man-made and natural materials.

All silver used is solid recycled sterling silver, this includes ear-wires.

Vitreous Enamel is powdered glass which is fired (fused) in a kiln between 730 - 800 degrees onto metal; silver or copper or steel.

This means that being similar to glass it can be vulnerable if it is dropped onto a hard surface.

Care Enamel work is best stored separately from other jewellery to reduce unwanted marking.

Silver will tarnish with time, and can tarnish when it comes into contact with skin. Avoid contact with perfumes, oils and creams.

Sea-water and chlorine will also tarnish silver, it is recommended to remove jewellery before bathing.

Cleaning - to return the silver to original condition, gently rub the silver with a silver cleaning-cloth.

Only solid silver items (no enamel) can be submerged in a cleaning fluid. It should be thoroughly rinsed and dried afterwards.

Cleaning silver that includes vitreous enamel, can be cleaned using a cotton-bud dipped into  cleaning fluid, and carefully wiping it over the silver areas only. The whole piece should be thoroughly rinsed and dried afterwards.
