Match-Stick Sgraffito Brooch

This brooch is another in a series that was inspired by a mono-print drawing that I made of a winter scene where the hedges and fence posts were half buried by snow. The result reminds me of match-sticks

The technique used is sgraffito and the materials are vitreous enamel on copper sheet with a stainless steel two-pronged brooch pin giving extra security when worn

This brooch is robust with a smooth silky finish
